Finality and Enforcement: The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Costs and Fees: Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except that the arbitrator may award reasonable expenses, including filing and hearing fees, to the prevailing party.
